Natasha Skoberla

Owner/Program Manager

My adventure with science for children started during Covid lockdown when, while being a mom and Pharma industry professional, I opened SparkYou service to public employees who faced no options for their kids care while working very hard. During that time, I learned how important it is to keep students actively engaged not only on a interface of a computer, but in person and out of 4 walls. Science was the answer. I was able to “infect student’s minds with a bug for science” and have been doing it ever since. I am privileged to be one of the few that can say “I really love what I do”.

I hold a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Chemical Engineering & Biochemistry. With experience in drug and vaccine development at Merck KGaA and certification as a life coach focused on confidence, I combine a passion for science and youth development in every program I lead.

Jayd Durgan

Meet our amazing junior counselor! She started her journey as a SparkYou camper and quickly stood out for her creativity, curiosity, and kindness. She absolutely loves all things art, slime, and crafts, and you’ll often find her helping campers design colorful creations or mixing up the perfect batch of slime.

She’s also a big fan of volleyball and enjoys bringing that same team spirit and energy into camp activities. When she’s not getting creative, she has a strong interest in math and loves solving problems and helping others think things through.

Her positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm make her a wonderful role model for younger campers – and we’re so excited to have her on the team!

Logan Durgan

Meet one of our very own SparkYou success stories! He started as a camper – curious, a little shy. Fast forward a few seasons, and now he’s back as a Junior Helper, helping younger campers jump into the fun with confidence.

A big fan of video games, he’s often the go-to for anything Minecraft or tech-related – quick to help, patient, and always excited to show others how things work. When he’s not inside building digital worlds, you’ll find him outside dominating a game of gaga ball.

He brings great energy, kindness, and that “I’ve been there too” perspective that younger campers really connect with. We love seeing campers grow into leaders – and he’s a perfect example of what SparkYou is all about.
